"Id suggest avoiding this office. Been trying to resolve a dollar amount discrepancy for several weeks now. Today Im trying to make my february payment. “Systems are down”. Okay, fine. I asked to speak with Marc directly and was pretty much told he’s not available to speak with me and was offered an office manager instead. When I raised issue with that, I was hung up on. I immediately called state farms general 800 number to work towards filing a complaint against this office, but i was somehow rerouted to the local office again. Which was frustrating. The rep I spoke with offered to transfer me to a corporate number. I provided details of my complaint and the rep opted to argue with me about what I experienced and then hung up on me. I then called back - my calls were ignored. I called from a different number and my call was answered immediately. The representatives in this office lack accountability and basic customer service skills. Rather than working with you to resolve issues, they instead argue with you and hang up. Marc, maybe time to clean house."
