"I would not even one star. Their customer service is awful, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. You Do Not swear at a customer, that’s unacceptable. Michael swore and Janet and Sara along with the lady who answers the phone calls all tell you something different to do. So I called several times and talked to these people and they all answered my questions with different answers and the lady at the front told me several different times that I Do Not have to sign paperwork to send back. Never can I speak with my agent even when I have requested it several times. So now they want to charge me more money for a mistake that I tried to fix several months ago. Needless to say they lost another customer."

After I paid in advance for a 1 year Homeowner's Policy, they sent me a bill for several hundred dollars, so agent misquoted me, and company did not honor the agent's quote. I complained. Now their jacking my auto insurance 6% after 6 months. I asked the agent why they are raising it, and they don't bother to respond."
